Mr. Shiv Kumar Yadav

Mr. Shiv Kumar Yadav, the founder of EliteButlers, hails from a military background, where he imbibed the values of discipline and loyalty. With a wealth of experience exceeding 15 years in the hospitality sector, he has been directly involved in managing and supervising multinational hospitality staff across diverse departments. His professional journey includes tenures at esteemed luxury hotels both in India and internationally, such as Oberoi, ITC luxury collection, Aman Hotels, Jumeirah Group, and Caesars Palace.

In his capacity as Head Butler, Mr. Yadav assumed responsibility for overseeing luxury suites, including The Royal Suite, and tending to the needs of an array of VIP guests, ranging from Royalty, Prime Ministers, and Heads of State to luminaries from the spheres of film, music, and beyond.

Additionally, Mr. Yadav has garnered recognition as an internationally certified team trainer and LQA champion, with a track record of delivering training sessions tailored to the Corporate sector, Luxury hotels, Premium Sales offices (Real Estate), and HNI residences.

Mr. Vipul Chauhan, the Director of Strategy & Operations at EliteButlers, is a highly skilled hospitality professional with an extensive background spanning over ten years. He has amassed valuable experience working with distinguished brands such as Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Taj Luxury Collection, and Jumeirah Group of Hotels. Throughout his career, Mr. Chauhan has held various roles including Food & Beverage professional, Head Butler, Duty Manager, Estate Manager, and Lifestyle Manager. His hands-on experience in overseeing multinational hospitality staff across different departments has given him a comprehensive understanding of both professional and personal space management.

In his capacity as a Hospitality professional, Mr. Chauhan has adeptly catered to the diverse needs and preferences of high-profile clientele, crafting tailored experiences and overseeing the management of exclusive amenities. Additionally, he has been recognized as an esteemed hotelier by a globally renowned hotel brand.

Moreover, Mr. Chauhan has honed his expertise in delivering training to the corporate sector, luxury hotels, and HNI (High Net Worth Individual) residences.
