- Daily Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
- Staff Supervision: Manage and coordinate the estate staff, including housekeepers, groundskeepers, and other personnel. Ensure training, performance reviews, and staff scheduling.
- Property Maintenance: Ensure that all aspects of the estate, including landscaping, repairs, and cleaning, are maintained to the highest standards.
- Budgeting & Financial Management: Develop and manage the estate’s budget, including tracking expenses, managing invoices, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Organize and oversee events hosted at the estate, from small gatherings to large functions, including catering, décor, and logistics.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for services such as gardening, security, and specialized repairs.
- Guest Services: Provide high-level service to guests, addressing their needs and ensuring a comfortable and luxurious experience.
- Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
- Safety & Security: Ensure that the estate is secure and that all safety protocols are followed. Oversee the implementation of security systems and emergency procedures.
- Personal Assistance: Assist the estate owner with personal requests and tasks, including travel arrangements and special projects.
