Thank you for selecting Elitebutlers Hospitality Solutions. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding refunds for the services we provide. Please carefully review this policy to understand our refund practices.
1 – Refund Eligibility
1.1. Service-Specific Terms: Refund eligibility may differ based on the particular service or product you have purchased. Please consult the terms and conditions provided for each service or product to understand eligibility details.
1.2. Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase or service delivery, as specified in the service agreement.
2 – Refundability Clause
2.1. Registration: If the consultant fails to deliver profiles meeting the expected standards or matching the specified criteria, 50% of the registration fee will be eligible for a refund.
2.2. Service Charges: If the consultant fails to provide resumes within 30 days from the date the Client requested replacements via email, 30% of the fees charged will be refunded to the Client, unless the candidate quits due to mistreatment.
2.3 Refund Timeframe: Refund shall be executed within 30 days of the request made via email
3 – Non-Refundable Services
3.1. Failure to Remit Consultant Placement Fee: If the client neglects to remit the consultant placement fee 7 days prior to the candidate’s employment commencement, Elitebutlers’ obligation to conduct a replacement search and provide a refund shall be considered invalid.
3.2. Failure to Provide Employment Benefits Information: Elitebutlers is not obligated to conduct a replacement search and provide a refund if the client fails to timely provide comprehensive details regarding employment benefits and the offered compensation package.
3.3. Modification of Job Description: Elitebutlers’ obligation to conduct a replacement search and provide a refund will be void if the client unilaterally changes or modifies the initially provided job description.
3.4. Client Relocation: If the client relocates to a destination other than the originally specified location, Elitebutlers’ obligation to conduct a replacement search and provide a refund will be nullified.
4 – Exceptions
4.1. Service Disruption: In cases of service disruption or failure to meet agreed-upon service levels, we may offer compensation or credits instead of a monetary refund.
4.2. Force Majeure: We are not liable for refunds in cases of force majeure events, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
