Requirements:

  • Manage a team of house staff, including scheduling, training, and supervision, to ensure the smooth operation of household activities.
  • Implement work procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as defined by the house owner to maintain efficiency and consistency.
  • Oversee cleaning, hygiene, technical, and other services to ensure the upkeep of the house.
  • Plan and organize events, both personal and official, including travel arrangements, party and event arrangements, and vendor management.
  • Conduct marketing research and procure items, both online and offline, as per the household requirements.
  • Manage food, service staff, and inventory control of food items to ensure proper supply and quality.
  • Resolve staff grievances and conduct welfare activities to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist family members and guests with personal shopping and other needs.
  • Maintain records of family belongings, interior and exterior decorative accessories, etc., for inventory management purposes.
  • Manage petty cash for daily expenses and ensure proper accounting.
  • Ensure timely and quality service delivery of food and other arrangements for family and guests.
