Background in Hospitality or Aviation.

We are currently in search of two outstanding males and two fabulous females to join our elite team as Personal Assistants to the director of a leading Pharma Company.

Requirements:

  • Maintain seamless communication in English and Hindi, ensuring clarity in all interactions.
  • Utilize your expertise in either Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam to facilitate smooth communication and understanding.
  • Leverage your experience in Hospitality or Aviation to bring a touch of professionalism and excellence to every task.
  • Manage the director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Uphold the highest levels of confidentiality in handling sensitive information and company matters.
  • Be prepared to adapt to the dynamic needs of the director and the company, ensuring flexibility in your approach to tasks.
