  • Oversee the scheduling of necessary repairs and maintenance work.
  • Keep detailed records of all property-related matters.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Communicate effectively with property owners and address their concerns promptly.
  • Address their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
