- Manage and oversee all aspects of dining services, ensuring a seamless experience for our clientele both on land and at sea.
- Uphold the highest standards in food and beverage quality, presentation, and service, maintaining the reputation of excellence our clients expect.
- Inspire and lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service.
- Streamline and enhance operational processes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and preferences to create a personalized dining experience.
- Responsible for the financial aspects of the department, including budget creation, cost control, and revenue generation.
