Au Pair/Governess for 2 Toddlers

We are currently on a lookout for an experienced & reliable Au pair to provide childcare for 2 boys aged 3 years and 2 years.

Be a friend and incorporating the right values.
Key thing is to differentiate from a regular domestic help and be more like a best friend / elder sister to the children.
Must engage them with everything that’s going to have a positive influence and contribute to the overall personality development of the children.
Should be able to engage them with child friendly board games specific to the age group.
Handle their playgroups, help build a circle of friends.
School Work
Must take ownership of all their school work and be a guide away from school.
Diligently monitor the work done by the tutor who would be teaching the children after school and working with them to cover everything that’s necessary.
Plan and handle extra-curricular activities like swimming, sport, etc. Teach a foreign language after school.
At home :-
Plan their meals, teach them the importance of nutrition.
Ensuring the chef takes special care on this meal prep, and is done on-time.
Must take care of TV time / iPad time and what gets consumed in terms of content from the internet.
The shows / games they watch / play must certainly contribute to the overall development of the mind and not just for the sake of being entertained.
