We are on a lookout of Food & Beverage Manager for Corporate office, Bangalore

Role and Responsibilities: –
► Managing the cafeteria operations in regard to timely deliverance of quality & hygienic food.
► Ensure on food quality and service delivery standards
► Ensure timely PPM of all kitchen equipment for optimized productivity and lower downtime.
► Ensure F&B related compliances are fulfilled through periodical audits.
► Ensure creation of site wise food committee and lead in order to organize the food menu and ensure adherence.
►Ensure all soft service- F&B processes are compliant with established SOPs and policies.
► Ensure timely verification & submission of service partners bills as well as timely pay-out as per agreed SLA.
► Ensure vendor partners are complying on Statutory Compliances.
► Analyse audit findings with regards to operations and collaborate with the concerned stakeholders to develop effective action plans for mitigating risks/ addressing gaps identified.
► Monitor provision for expenses monthly and ensure Service trackers are maintained to capture all billing and service-related activities.
► Conduct periodical operational reviews and audits to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to defined SLA for services.
► Define the event plan for the entire year.
► Collaborate with multiple vendors for ideas generation in line with festival / celebration.
► Partner with TC and identify suitable vendor
