Executive Assistant (Japanese Speaker)

We are in a lookout for an Executive Assistant (Japanese Speaker) for our Delhi based client who has a factory setup in Gurugram for manufacture of Auto parts

Requirement is for a young and dynamic individual with sound knowledge of spoken as well as written Japanese Language.

The candidate

Must-Have completed Japanese language course from a recognized university
Must have completed N2 or N3 level
Must be proficient in English both written and spoken language
Must be proficient in Japanese both written and spoken language
Must be available to start from 1st March 2022.

Roles and responsibilities include:

He/she will be required to train the client and his son in the language
He/she will be required to provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, preparing communications etc
Answering phone calls Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
