Roles and Responsibilities Include

• Should Manage soft, hard, F&B and administration services also
  Candidate should be flexible to travel from Ahmedabad to Delhi

Oversee the systems that keep a large estate running including annual budget.
• Ensure that all the operations of the estate are running smoothly.
• Own & act as a bridge between multiple teams including commercial/ engineering/ project team (s), housekeeping,
food & beverage, car fleet, security, horticulture and hard services
• Knowledge of the AMCs and Contracts of physical assets in estate environment
• Overlook the inventory management process in the Estate and ensure all items are available as per the needs and
requirement of the House Keeping/ Culinary/ Horticultural and other teams for daily operations and liaising with
external employees such as vets/ 3rd party vendors as per requirements
• Oversee the staffing of chefs, butlers and other service staff within the household, and ensure there is never a shortage of manpower during the day-to-day operation of the estate
• Responsible for leading the operations at the location and maintain the decorum and the culture at the Estate
• Performance review with deployed staff in a structured manner every month apart from weekly daily performance monitoring to access their performance and room for improvement, if any
• Spearhead all the initiatives and get the team to move into one direction for accomplishing the common goal
• Extensive knowledge of MS Excel/ MS Word to be able to keep track of staffing, schedules, and space management
• Training and development of team members
• Maintaining monthly MIS
