ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Define customer segments and determine the appropriate outreach strategies,
develop campaigns, lead generation strategies, and work with sales and marketing
teams to ensure lead generation goals are being met.
• Lead generation & qualification from generation tactics and events before warm
handover to BD
• Create localisation strategies for marketing initiatives to ensure the right message is
delivered to the target audience at a regional level.
• Identify and engage the right local publications, online communities, and 3rd party
sites to support our digital-first marketing approach in each key region.
• Lead our paid media strategy, using sponsorships and events marketing to boost
brand awareness and drive leads.
• Experiment with new advertising channels to support our growth goals.
• Work with the business development team to shape an outbound strategy that
drives high-value leads.
• Create compelling content such as case studies, customer testimonials, and
competitor comparisons to guide potential customers through the buying journey.
• Leverage multiple channels including web, email, social media, and partnerships to
reach our target audience.
• Find ways to communicate the value of our services built on an understanding of
customer needs and pain points
• Deliver a pro-active outreach to drive pre-arranged meetings, registration and
attendance at marketing-led initiatives including conferences, seminars and
webinars
SKILLS REQUIRED :
• Proven success managing and executing multi-channel demand generation programs and
events
• Have at least 3 years working within demand generation
• Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency and the ability to manage competing
priorities
• A positive attitude and a passion for results
• Someone who understands product and the customer journey that leads to buying a
product.
• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and flexible, with excellent collaborative skills to
work with cross-functional partners
• Organised
• Must have experience working abroad
• Resourceful
• Accountable
• Team player
• Be able to respond well under pressure
• High aptitude to learn
