  •  Answer phone an email inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner
  • Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
  • Offer restaurant and activity recommendations and assist guests in arranging transportation and excursions
  • Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc
  • Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times
  • Act as a liaison between guests and any department necessary including the kitchen, housekeeping, etc
  • Anticipate guests needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and order new 
  • First Point of contact / Answers guest inquiries, phone calls emails/ give a warm greeting able to share Mall layout /basic information about brands and restaurants/ coordination with team to ensure guest had a seamless experience/Handle difficult situation and customer/ stock as needed   

Skills (Behavioural / Technical)

Proven expertise in guest services in large scale.
Pleasing personality and excellent communication skills.
